Greetings! After today's maintenance, server works in testing stage.
Summary of changes:
- Dozens of server mechanic fixes
- Server rates are now returned to 1x.
- WoE skill damage reduction returned to 50% (official).
- Some stop rate tweaking.
- Advanced Classes are now available in NewbieWoE

Some of the minor game changes. Correct me if I missed anything.
Change log:
- Added Byalan Dungeon 5
- Each account now has 12 character slots
Rune Knight:
- Rhydo, Pertz, Nosiege, Verkana runes delays updated.
- Corrected Crush Strike (Rhydo Rune) damage. Changed skill cast logic: weapon required on the begin of cast. If no weapon then rune is not consumed and skill casting doesn't begin.
- Fixed Crush Strike. It is now affected by race mod from cards in the weapon.
- Dragon Breath works against Cloaking/Cloaking Exceed/Chase Walk enemy.
- Fixed Nosiege (refresh) rune. It now gives immunity to cursed circle status.
- Turisus Rune increases the damage of Crush Strike now.
- Dragon Training: Fixed ATK bonus for spears: 5 -> 10 per lvl. Added a bonus of giving 100% damage to all sized monsters when riding dragon with a spear.
Royal Guard: - Devotion will now not block additional effects on original target by skills with delayed damage
- Fixed banding RG counter.
- Banding/prestige conditions corrected. Not banding cannot be used while in prestige status nor prestige cannot start in banding mode.
- Fixed banding DEF bonus. It gives hardDEF, not soft.
Guillotine Cross:
- Fixed GX Counter Slash damage.
- Fixed GX Poison Smoke. It now consumes poison from weapon.
- Fixed GX Leeches End poison damage (risen up).
- Fixed GX Pyrexia poison. Added visual effects and corrected mob behaviour under this poison.
- Oblivion Curse resistance corrected
- Fixed E.D.P. It changes skill modifier now.
- Swapping the Mainhand Weapon (Right hand) will now properly cancel Enchant Deadly Poison
Shadow Chaser:
- Fixed Bloody Lust delay. (300s -> 180s)
- Fixed Chaser masks to not apply skill delay on fail.
- Reject Sword now rejects attacks from dual-wielding attackers
Mechanic:
- Fixed Madogear license. It will be applied even if player is not riding on mado.
- Fixed Remodel Mainframe. It will be applied even if player is not riding on mado.
- Magnificat works when Mado equipped.
- (?) Update Mechanic's Neutral Barrier to its official behavior.
- Auto-casts (inc. Increase AGI) from equipment are working in Mado now
- Fixed Stealth Field. It's not blocking rolling cutter/aoe spells now.
Genetic:
- Fixed Crazy Weed (Vines) skill.
- Mandragora status duration corrected.
- Hell's Plant can no longer be stacked
- Cart Cannon no longer ignores Card reductions
Ranger:
- Fixed claymore traps. Damage no more stacks.
- Fixed Ranger Camouflage.
- Fixed Warg Strike. It now ignores target defence cards.
- Auto-warg damage does not depend on Job level
- Fixed Hunter Freezing Trap. Corrected freeze duration and chance.
Maestro/Wanderer:
- Fixed Poem of Netherworld. It no more stops party members and self.
- Fixed Reverberation. Now damage depends on skill level.
- Reverberation works only on enemies now (no longer affects the caster).
- Windmill Rush bonus corrected, also fixed skill animation skipping when cast time is 0.
Archbishop:
- Clearance can now be casted on self.
Sura:
- Windmill (Sura) will now not force character to sit if he is casting and cast not interrupted
- Fixed Dragon Combo damage.
- Corrected knockback damage for Knuckle Arrow vs monsters.
- Corrected Knuckle Arrow requirements. It requires now 1 Spirit Sphere.
- Fixed Cursed Circle: 1. Sura can use any skills but this removes CC status. 2. Trapped RKs can use any of their runes.
- Rampage Blaster: Fixed a bug with hitting hidden targets
Warlock:
- Reading Spellbook works as on IRO now:
- Sealed spells do not disappear on relogin.
- Corrected SP consumption of skill (and sealed spells) and SP drain over time.
- Release: no more requires SP greater than required.
- Tetra Vortex: fixed animation
- White Imprison duration doesn't depend on player's Vit/Luk and has 8+2*lv sec like iRO sakray now.
- Fixed Ice Wall - Volcano interactions. Ice Wall cannot be placed onto Volcano now and can be placed on free cells even while wiz is standing on Volcano field.
Sorcerer:
- Fixed Lv2 Ventus passive bonus to Varetyr Spear
- Fixed Sorcerer's Four Spirit Analyze.
- Added some missed productions to Change Material.
- Fixed Arrullo. It is now ground based.
- Lvl 3 Insignias add damage to all types elemental attacks, not only magic.
- Insignia's element have a higher priority now than another enchants on the weapon
Ninja:
- Corrected damage from Throw Kunai.
- Fixed Final Strike. It doesn't consume Mirrors now.
Soul Linker:
- Fixed Kaite
Super Novice:
- SuperNovice Steel Body autocast changed to 5th lvl and now saving +10 stats bonuses

It seems not to be a complete list of changes. Skills like Deep Sleep and Chain Lightening were also fixed and i suppose there are some more drastic changes.
