I using AVG antivirus,

Yes. I have the same problem with AVG anti-virus.
Before running ruro.exe, I temporarily disable Anti-virus. (there is such function when you click on the tray icon)
After that MOTR runs well.I already reported this issue to AVG labs twice, but still got no answer from them.
