first off, these exact discs are found in numerous space videos from all kinds of sources(you would know if you ever did research)
second, if you open your eyes and actually watch the full video you will see that they're not always facing the camera, some them are actually rotating(hard to tell but they change shapes), but because of their weird ass shape and light reflecting/emitting nature it's hard to always tell
i thought that it's weird that they all look like they're facing the camera, so i thought maybe it's something like a mask illusion( <a class="postlink" href="

</a> ), but even a mask-effect wouldn't explain a hole in the middle
and then it hit me, they're actually just rotating really fast, which would explain the pulsating, and the "2D" look, and as seen in some videos, the occasional shape-shifting into a much smaller, almost invisible object(as seen in the fox video). in fact i'd bet money on fast rotation, it explains it perfectly.. unless you got a better hypothesis

fun statistic actually, took my by surprise, i thought way more people were uninformed
over 50% of people believe that we have been visited and/or still are being visited, while over 80% believe that we've at least been visited in ancient times

а на счёт горизонтально и вертикально, тебе 3д очки нужны? они во все стороны летают, не всегда в глаза бросается, но видно. качество не достаточно высокое чтоб точно заметить когда размер увеличивается или уменьшается, но камера зумит далеко, чтоб в глаза бросалось приближение/удаление они должны вокруг камеры летать, но им пофиг на камеру, электричеством пережённый кабель несколько километров от камеры им куда более интересен
3:18-3:30 в нижней части более-менее видно как аркой приблежается/удаляется, всё перечислять не буду, там достаточно где видно... каким словом можно заменить "приближение/удаление"? =\
